Official Notice of PTA Bylaw Amendments!!
(January 20) The E. L. Kent Elementary PTA Bylaw Committee proposes the following amendments to the bylaws. These bylaws will be voted upon at the February 21 regular meeting. This serves as the official notice.
Proposed Bylaw Amendments:
Article VII, Section 2, b: Remove Historian position
Article IX, Section 1, a: Remove January and add May regular meeting
Article IX, Section 3: Lower quorum for a regular meeting from 20 down to 10
